Sunday School is the name given to the time when our young people go out of the church and down to the Hall for their own activities. We consider it important to provide a time for young people to learn what the Bible teaches and what being a follower of Jesus Christ means.

Our young people start their worship in the church at 11:00 am along with the rest of the congregation but go to the Hall usually at the end of the second hymn.

When the Sacrament of Baptism is being celebrated, instead of being in church at the start of worship, the children come up to take part in the sacrament, which is celebrated at the latter part of the service. 

Irvine Old also provides a creche facility for the youngest children and our carers are all trained for this duty. Parents with children coming to a baptism or any other service are invited to avail themselves of this facility.
